NRA's Refuse To Be A Victim Seminar, Feb 2012
NRA has awarded Guy Masterson with the Regional Counselor Certification for Refuse To Be A Victim Seminars.
Guy has proven himself the exception to the rule. The program that permitted certified firearms instructors to become RTBAV instructors without formal seminar delivery training and at minimal expense was terminated by NRA Training Department due to lack of fruit. It proved difficult for instructors to make this transition. Guy proved the exception to the rule and proceeded to produce quality seminars that students reviewed for NRA with positive outcome, and nearly every month since receiving the initial RTBAV certification.
The National Rifle Association, in the form of recommendation by Ruthann Sprague, director of Refuse To Be A Victim Program at NRA Headquarters in Virginia, has called upon Mr. Masterson to train new instructors to provide this crime prevention knowledge to the American citizenry. Given the fact that teaching these is challenging, it will be worth checking back to see if Guy is able to train people to succeed in the delivery of these seminars.
